WHY WE START THIS JOURNEY?

EIGER has concerned that the beauty and rich natural resources – including the mountain that we climb today – will not be known by young generation. EIGER is dedicating ourselves for our earth, for our future.

  1. ECO & FRIENDLY STORE : Friendly environment Stores

Our Target in 2024 :

  • 70% stores will be applying Eco Friendly Store Manual Guidance
  • Decreasing 10% of water and electrical usage
  1. INNOVATIVE & SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION & CONSUMPTION

Our target in 2024 :

  • Launch 20% of Sustainable Products, including using 7% Sustainable Raw Materials
  • Having 40% Suppliers that have applied Sustainability Practices
  1. GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

In 2024, we are going to applying Inclusiveness Program

  1. EDUCATE & EMPOWER PEOPLE

In 2023, we are targeting to applying Social Return on Investment

Our target in 2025 :
  • Increasing Carbon Offset
  • Lowering packaging trash
  • Increasing Eco Shopping

 

OUR EFFORTS

  1. Reducing Defected Products :
  • In 2021, we can squeeze down the defected product 49% from previous year.
  • The material defect in 2021 was less 0.20% comparing the previous year.
  1. Energy Saving :
In 2021, the electrical usage in 11 flagship stores and Head Office were decreasing 8.3% comparing previous year.
  1. Employees Welfare :
  • In 2021, the resigned employees were drastically decreased into 50%.
  • Employees Turnover in 2021 is 7.46%, lower compare with previous year (10.29% in 2020).
  • Meanwhile, Employees Turnover in 2022 is 5%, which is much lower than 2021.
  1. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
  • There were 27 CSR education activities that we held during 2021.
  • The CSR activities included Search and Rescue Training, and Mountaineering Training, in which Eiger had appointed to be the Main Speaker.
  • Together with Anugerah Sempurna Foundation, we were build Eagle Kindergarten and Elementary School, International Standard School in Rote, East Nusa Tenggara.
  1. Contribution During Pandemic
During Covid-19’s Pandemic, Eiger had consistently distributing masks, face shield, and hazmat to more than 2,800 citizens in Bandung City, West Java. All the protection equipment had been produced by Eiger.
Eiger also did many things to protect the employees from Covid-19, such as regular Swab Test and provide Treatment Cost.
