- Reducing Defected Products :
In 2021, we can squeeze down the defected product 49% from previous year.
The material defect in 2021 was less 0.20% comparing the previous year.

- In 2021, the resigned employees were drastically decreased into 50%.
- Employees Turnover in 2021 is 7.46%, lower compare with previous year (10.29% in 2020).
- Meanwhile, Employees Turnover in 2022 is 5%, which is much lower than 2021.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- There were 27 CSR education activities that we held during 2021.
- The CSR activities included Search and Rescue Training, and Mountaineering Training, in which Eiger had appointed to be the Main Speaker.
- Together with Anugerah Sempurna Foundation, we were build Eagle Kindergarten and Elementary School, International Standard School in Rote, East Nusa Tenggara.
